Privacy at TWE

TWE stores only the information needed to operate accounts, saved items, assessments, analytics, subscriptions and implementation requests. Developer tools are designed to redact common secrets before server-side processing, but users should never paste production credentials into diagnostics.

Analytics

First-party event data may be recorded to understand which content and tools are useful. IP addresses are hashed before being stored in analytics events.

Valron handoff

Information is sent to Valron only when you explicitly request implementation or submit contact details through an assessment or implementation form.

AI

When AI features are enabled, relevant prompts may be sent to the configured AI provider. Sensitive credentials should not be included in prompts.
